Shipping is surprisingly fast and well packaged. I definitely appreciate the free shipping. Subscriptions don’t come with any samples which is kind of a bummer. It’s always fun to get little goodies to try. Subscriptions are mostly easy to access and adjust as needed. Overall very satisfied with Dr. Sturm with both the products and business operations.
