I'm wearing my Sleep+ glasses everyday after 8pm since a bit more than 2 months. Last 10-15 years with sleeping issues and currently on benzos. As soon as you put them on you can notice a difference. These are the real deal. They look stylish on so wearing them at work isn’t a problem. The delivery was good and I was kept updated throughout. I would definitely recommend!

I use Oura ring to track my sleep data. Without these glasses, my deep sleep is around 1 and a half hours. But, when I wear these 2-3 hours prior to bed, my deep sleep is almost always > 2 and a half hours every single day! I am planning to purchase two more of these soon :) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

New Blublox!

I just received my Blublox for evening. I hadn’t realized how much blue light there was in my home until I started wearing these. I sleep so much deeper and him much calmer before bed. Thank you! I recommend them to all of my patients.

I ordered a non-prescription pair of blue blocking from a company here in the US at the same time I placed my prescription glasses from BluBlox. I reviewed my order far before my husband and they were shipped from Australia! Effective at melatonin protection - can absolutely tell a difference in sleep quality when not wearing them at night.

I've tried others and these are the best. I sleep like a baby when I use these and they are not so dark as with other blue blockers that I can't see what I am doing when I wear them. With other dark blue blockers I wind up constantly lifting them up (which obviously defeats the purpose of wearing them in the first place)
