Products are of good quality and realistic. Well presented on its website and ordering etc straightforward. I had a problem with delivery but the company quickly responded to my concerns and resolved the issue quickly and in a friendly way. Top marks.

First artificial plant I have bought and was very worried as it was quite expensive and there were no other reviews for this plant...I did live chat and the replies were brilliant and helpful, the plant arrived in super quick time and I am delighted- it sits in a dining room next to a radiator which all the plants I have tried before didn’t like! The plant pot is heavy enough to support he plant which is 180cm high...the overall look is extremely life like, it came very well packaged and it was in one piece so nice not to have to join things together...the leaves where they join the stem are pre joined...they look fine when arranged, although I can see that they have a join...very minor negative as as soon as you stand back to look at the plant it is spectacular, I am absolutely delighted overall.

I recently bought a 150cm Boxwood Spiral Tree which, on arrival, I noticed that a couple of the branches were missing and the tree didn't look quite as it appeared on the website. I contacted Customer Services and within two days a replacement tree had arrived - Thank you so much for all your help with this Rachel. The replacement tree is just as I had expected and looks great in my garden. I have bought from this company on several occasions and have always been very pleased with my purchases. Would thoroughly recommend and the Customer Services support is really great.
