Perfect fit
I couldn’t be more pleased with the shade and the customer service. They kindly exchanged the first shade because I needed top down bottom up and didn’t realize it until I received it. Now it’s perfect!

Service was overall great. Shipping was a bit confusing as I thought the product was shipping with FedEx right from the factory. The product ended up taking a week to be delivered to FedEx via another truck, at a distribution location not too far away from me (but quite far from the factory). This caused me to reach out to support after about a week of waiting, who was spot on with simply needing to wait another day or two for the tracking to update.

Ordered one room darkening and one light filtering blind. Had a question day after I ordered and Maya in customer service was extremely helpful. Received blinds and called with another question and Layla was very helpful too. Great quality and easily put up. My daughter just ordered several for her home after seeing mine. Great price and excellent customer service!!!!!!!!!! Would recommend Blindster to anyone looking for blinds.
