Easy process

Late delivery. By the time it arrived I was out of the US. Asked to be contacted by Blind Barber staff to reschedule delivery but no one contacted me.

When visiting New York, our hotel had Blind Barber products in the bathroom. Now we buy it each year as Christmas gifts to treat ourselves.
