Wish I had read these reviews before ordering. While I do like BRB swimsuits, I will never order directly from this site. Instead, I'll order through one of their retailers. I have been trying to find out the status of my refunds for weeks, and other than auto AI-generated responses. It's been 4 weeks since the returned items were delivered, and I still have not received an answer or the refunds. It now leaves me no choice but to contact my credit card company to see if they can kick back the charge. Incredibly frustrating.

Be careful ordering anything from this company. I ordered a swimsuit on 4/19/25. I followed all directions regarding a return as it did not fit. It is now 7/1/25 and still NO REFUND! I have also disputed with my credit card company as I do not trust this company. I would not recommend ordering anything from them!

I purchased the Kore Hot pink shirred one piece, than a 2nd one in a different color, living in color, same style, then a 3rd one with the fade out colors in pink, orange and purple. Then a swim skirt to wear as a coverup, then a short Caftan coverup. I am now officially addicted. Very comfortable. I can truly swim in them without worrying about straps or tops. Fit well. They are really wonderful.

Return policy is horrible, no communication other than automatic reply, don't answer telephone, return calls,or respond to numerous emails. If they change merchandise to final sale after you order will not make refund or exchange to you. Assume all sales are final.

Be very careful. They have a terrible process for returning items and receiving refunds. I returned items that they received on 12-10-24 and I still don’t have a refund as of 1-14-25. This is unacceptable. I’ve had to dispute with my credit card company because I don’t trust that they are going to return my money. There are many other great places to purchase from that have much better customer service. Beware.

After some serious shipping issues regarding my order, I received the Fine Line Swimsuit with Belt right before my vacation thankfully. I can't say enough about this suit. I had seen it in TJMaxx but but in my size, so I went directly tot his site and they had it in my size, albeit for about 3x as much. It didn't matter; it was worth the money as I love the way it fits and slims the waisteline. I just wish the cups were a little bigger but nevertheless I am very happy with my purchase.

This company does not make good on their returns.

The suit I ordered is beautiful. However, it runs a little long in the torso. I requested an exchange and the company will only do returns, and they charge you to return it to them! I was really hoping to just exchange mine for a smaller size, however it would cost me $60 more to have a smaller one since I got the original suit on sale. This is just BAD business in my opinion and I will never purchase from here again.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this bathing suit brand! You will not regret your purchase. This is the ONLY suit I can buy online, without trying on, and it ALWAYS fits the same way! Great Job Bleu!

Blue Rod Beattie are the best bathing suits around. The quality and sizing is always so dependable! Customer Service is spot on. The post office delivered my package destroyed! Sent a picture on Saturday to customer service and by Sunday they answered me and already shipped a new replacement with no hassle. I LOVE BRB SUITS!!
