More brands you might like

I have been buying blenders for around 7 years and love their styles and fit. I have noticed over the years that the quality has been slipping. The actual lenses get worn out and tarnished much faster. So as the quality has gone down the prices have gone up. The shipping has always been VERY slow, even with my first purchase 7 years ago. I recently bought a few pairs from Blenders and 2 other competitors on the same day. I am already enjoying the other ones while when I check the status of my Blenders they are still waiting in a warehouse with a label (order placed 6 days ago). I really love their styles but as the price and quality slips I may have to change my allegiance.
I've bought 4 of these same exact aviators in a row, over years, whenever one gets lost or broken. . . these are fantastic.
Bought a pair of Eclipse deep blue sunglasses 2 months ago. Just from using a soft cloth the mirror look is rubbing off on both lenses. Looks terrible. Bad vision Not impressed. Last pair I’ll buy
Shipping should never take this long. Unbelievable Just bought them on 8/31 and should receive them on 9/9
I received a package with two sunglasses about a month ago. Didn’t even realize they were the two pairs of sunglasses I ordered. My first pair were broken on arrival and the ones I wear everyday the lens will pop out whenever, absolutely disgusted by delivery service and quality of glasses. Will likely never order here again. Trying to post pictures of the box and glasses but the website won’t even allow that. ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY

I ordered a couple pairs of sunglasses on a Sunday needing them by Tuesday so I paid for the express delivery (which clearly says 1-2 days) and Monday morning rolls around and is saying they won’t be delivered until Wednesday. I call customer service about this and they said that orders don’t get fulfilled until the end of the business day. Which means if you buy on Saturday and pay for express delivery you still won’t get it til Wednesday. I tried to cancel my order because I won’t need them on Wednesday and I was told they aren’t able to. So now I have to wait til they get delivered to return them, and then wait for the $100 to go back in my account. I guess I’ll just have to go buy my friend some Oakleys for his bday instead

These people are all about the money and not taking care of customer. I purchased several pair of sunglasses from them and they were still being shipped to me. Then they went on sale. I called Blenders customer service to see if they would honor the sale and they wouldn't! Keep in mind, I didn't even receive my product yet! The kicker is, I didn't even want any money back, I wanted to get more sunglasses and spend more money but they still wouldn't honor it. I WILL SPEND MY MONEY ELSEWHERE.. A PLACE THAT ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Very deceiving-not good on the items I selected. I even received an email from Blenders stating I could take 15% off items in my cart (specifically listing my sale items) yet coupon code does not apply to my items. Texted my concern. Poor customer service. They’d rather lose a new customer.
I had received a pair of blender glasses as a Christmas gift (I play beach volleyball) and by the end of my season and wearing them basically 24/7 I had scratched them pretty bad. My mom and I happen to be visiting San Diego and just wanted to pop in to browse. We mentioned that I had a pair and were scratched bad. The guy helping us said they’ll look up our receipt and exchange or pay the difference. I did not have the glasses with me or a picture and they took great care of us, and was very knowledgeable in recommendations. Great service and great glasses. 10/10 recommend
Blenders said my package would be delivered in 4 days. IT TOOK 2 WEEKS. And, after spending 80$ for 2 pairs of glasses, BOTH OF THE ONES SHIPPED WERE THE WRONG GLASSES. I ordered the PRIDE Glasses and was shipped CHEETAH PRINT "Hot Diggity"?! And I ordered the Matte Black which look nothing like advertised. Blenders, are you serious? I am submitting for a return of my money for BOTH glasses, and we'll see how easy it is. If I dont get my money back, I will be filing a civil lawsuit for theft after the product is returned. I'm deeply disappointed given the time and money put into this, shame on Blenders.
My order#6803261, I ordered The Havana sunglass case. The price is great and the product you can’t ask for more it’s beautiful and comfortable and a great size for any sunglasses. I had a problem in that I had inadvertently had it shipped to my old address & Although they don’t have a cancellation or correction policy in place, they were super understanding and they immediately sent me a replacement sunglass case to my correct address. Customer Service is fantastic. I highly recommend them. Great product & fair prices. They strive to Please. A sign of company pride.

Best looking styles and quality for the price hands down.
Order a pair excited to get them but after a month of waiting I never received them. At first I messaged the service team about what happened and was initially upset, but after discussing it they came up with a solution and threw in a extra pair free of charge and I was extremely happy that both pairs came in much faster and love the quality too. This company has my support and will continue to buy from them.
