the service was good overall but other than that the colors were disappointing.

While I love your products, I will no longer be reccomending them to others due to the lack of communication Ive received about a package that hasnt arrived after almost a month.

Good, I like the products from here alot, I'd definitely order again from here. the only problem is how long it takes to get here but I know from the UK to us is a long time, but it takes a good couple of weeks to ship, which that part I'm not happy on but otherwise everything I like this brand is amazing. I love the colors, I've used multiple colors in the past. Glad Walmart sells of the products there, I wish there was more to buy.

I have been using this for years to get just the right color and toner for my style. I get lots of compliments on my hair and they are amazed when I tell them I do it myself at home.

I ordered bleach london reincarnation conditioner and it came to my doorstep quickly and undamaged. Such a wonderful product!

When I received my order, the box only had one container of color in it, but three pairs of gloves. I would have rather had the two pairs of gloves, and two containers of color. Needless to say, I was lucky that I had ordered additional boxes of color, so that I had both colors that should've been in the box.
