Regarding Order #786277. On that order was 15 pcs (PC61PT 3XLT, Charcoal. Received only 13 pcs. Had to order elsewhere to get order on time. How do I get refund for 2 pieces not received?

“I bought a single XL hoodie but it appears to be an XXL with a L or M front, middle pouch pocket. ” The center, front pocket is a size or two too small (maybe belonging to a L hoodie). I can tell because after washing the sweatshirt shrunk slightly and scrunched / rippled (permanently) on the bottom opening. Also, the middle pocket is small tore at the corner seam on each side. It did not shrink (or so I believe) with the rest of the garment). Dissatisfied: I’m going to do the best with what I have but will not be buying from this website again.
