Pretty good experience. I'm picking about how a hat looks and was shopping for a lower profile/height that what is normally found. 2/3 that I purchased were fine. 1 (Port Authority "low profile" trucker hat) was definately NOT low profile. Not a huge problem, it was passed on to a friend who did like it. But, it was a bad description on the website.

When I placed my order, I made a mistake on the color and realized it just as I hit send. I called customer service and got a REAL PERSON who couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful.
