Sent my $900 order via fedex who did not deliver the order . even though we were home on the day specified for delivery. when i communicated with Brittany and explaiined what happened her reply was to resend and charge me another delivery fee or refund minus a 15% restocking fee. absolutely ridiculous. Thorugh no fault of my own i am being charged a $200 + restocking fee. Awful customer service and no telephone number available to speak with a person.
