I’ve kept trying to like this company but unfortunately I’ve drawn the short straw several times. From inaccurate shipping addresses used, “rush” replacement orders that took ten days, paying for 3 day shipping also then not getting product for a week or longer, local store finders on their website guide me to three locations just this week that had no product at all, and when I submitted feedback a ways back one message I received in reply included a comment - with an appropriate apology - that included as part of a reason for my experiences, “we’re a small company” - which actually made sense. I understand. But it’s hard to become a big company with basic operational processes like online order processing and timely fulfillment, and store availability being so regularly unreliable. I hope the business can get things improved before I simply have to choose another company’s product and move on. I really don’t need (or even want) a reply to this feedback. I’ll just give it some time and see if things change. Thanks for the chance to share these thoughts. I hope it does some good.

Always great with my subscription packages and the very few times there’s been an error the customer service is honestly the best I’ve ever dealt with when it comes to helping get any issues fixed.

I enjoy the mint and wintergreen flavor very much taste great and long lasting. I wanted to try the peach and blood orange so order a single can of each. My personal opinion of each starting with blood orange; didn't have and real flavor very bland. Also no bite The peach definitely had a bit more flavor and would use in a pinch. Could also benefit from having a bite like the two other zero pouches. Cool product just my personal opinion. . . . rock on!!!

Best tobacco substitute ever. however, it needs something as a binder because it won’t pack and comes apart too much. It dries out too quickly. Hope you can improve in these area.

Mint pouch flavor is fantastic. I have been a dedicated Cope Mint Pouch guy for years. These are the absolute closest to taste and pouch size I have found. Fantastic job guys! I wish they weren’t so hard to get!!!

Your store finder is inaccurate. The local gas station does NOT carry my product. I have to ship it here every time. That also takes long, even with 2 day shipping, still does not get here on time.

This is my husband's go to company. He buys logs at a time so he never runs out. There have been occasions that he gets an entire log of cans that have about 1/2 the can with busted pouches. The one time he has let me know, the company did great to make it right. He just forgets/doesn't realize there is a problem until about the end then realizes that there were a lot busted.

Love black buffalo the package is just like the real thing not all plastic I hate that but this has the metal top. Website super easy to navigate. Super fast shipping I’ve had a few issues with pouches coming busted open emailed the staff they took the feedback and sent me replacement cans to fix the problem

Product is excellent! Helped me more than anything get off smokeless tobacco. The No Nicotine Wintergreen Long cut is the closest thing to smokeless tobacco without nicotine you will find anywhere and I tried them all. Shipping is why the 3 star review. I am 4 hours away from where it ships from and it takes 5 days when everything goes perfect. On more than one occasion weeks went by and not even shipped. Finally I realized the product did its job and I could probably just chew some gum from time to time instead of waiting around for your product. No stores carry Zero Nicotine because well, without the drug you lose customers I guess. Thanks again for helping get me off a drug.

Have tried many tobacco alternatives but this one delivers . I’ve been enjoying it for 6 months now and I haven’t had a dip of real tobacco during that time. No need to, Black Buffalo straight long cut with nic is the ticket. Closest thing to what I dipped for 45 years. Glad I found it and I buy it at my local store a roll at a time.
