I have been taking the magnesium for about a month now. It is a pleasant drink but I have to say I do not notice any difference. Sometimes I take it twice a day. I still take the Magnesium L-Threonate, which I have been taking for about a year. I gave some Zen Magnesium to a friend, who had a leg injury a long time ago and he finds the magnesium has a beneficial effect. That´s it so far.

This stuff is delicious and filling. I have been blending it with 1/2 c ice and 1 cup almond milk. Sometimes I add a banana.

I have tried the protein powder (vanilla and chocolate) and the chocolate chip cookie dough blondies and they are all DELICIOUS... The new brownies are one of the best products I have purchased EVER. Soft, Chewy, and so delicious. Maybe too delicious..... Lol.... GREAT COMPANY with GREAT PRODUCTS.

I really like the taste of the mocha chocolate! I’m on my second jar. Because of the fiber, it keeps me regular. The protein keeps the hunger pains away. I usually have it in place of lunch when I’m in a hurry.
