Products are great, shipping is fast and free if you order over a certain amount. My only complaint and why there are 4 stars instead of 5 is that for several months one of the products I depend on (Plump Start) was out of stock for several months.

I like Bioelements on the whole. Haven't been using my current purchase long enough to actually rate. Customer service is excellent & I love being able to try the new samples. Fedex hasn't been the most reliable. Usually they give me a delivery date & it's always delayed beyond that time, often several days. I will continue with Bioelements as I like the products & hope at some point they make a change from Fedex or put the pressure on them to be more reliable.
