It tasted fine, but unfortunately was far too hard for me to chew properly. I’ve had a few bottom teeth out so found it impossible to finish. Customer service was great as I was offered free delivery. Wish I’d chosen another product.

During the online ordering process having moved address, although changing payment address, the delivery address was left unchanged, which meant the delivery would have gone to a previous. A parcel sent DPD was received quickly despatched once Bio had received my correction address.
