I’ve ordered like 3 or 4 times and I purchase 6 to 8 fish at a time they all have come to me Beautifully packaged and are very healthy . Drove to Bioacuatica facility with a list of fish to buy. My order of about 14 fish was fulfilled by the owner. Fish were bagged and prepared for the one hour trip back home. Had a great conversation with the owner who is very knowledgeable about these cichlids. There are hundreds of tanks with fish and never saw a dead one, facility is very clean. I have now bought over 30 fish from here for my outdoor 4000 gallon pond. Arrived home fish were fine and put in the pond, two days later all the fish are doing fine. The best facility to purchase cichlids if your within driving or on their website. I am now waiting for the fish to grow and get their beautiful colors, can't wait.

On Wednesday, last week, my boyfriend & I bought a red spotted severum with the two day shipping option. We were so nervous about ordering a fish because we have only ordered a live animal one other time, from a different company, and it was not a fun experience. All our worries were quickly resolved when we experienced how professional and thoughtful Bio Aquatica is. After completing our order we immediately started getting updates, at every single step, in messages and emails. When the severum arrived that Friday, two days after, it was packaged perfectly. The fish was double bagged with plenty of air and completely enclosed in styrofoam with paper packing any loose spots. I acclimated the fish in a bucket and it was very tired and stressed appearing white. The reason I wasn't stressed was because when I had to move the bucket it had feisty energy to swim around in circles. I figured it was just motion sick which is totally fine and normal. After acclimating and adding to the tank we could immediately see a difference every second. It was timid at first shyly exploring around. That night it had no problem devouring food and the next day it's color and spots were fully back. It's been almost a week and it's been calm and curious ever since. Our dog loves looking at the new addition and the severum I think likes him a lot to (they stare at each other). Our experience was better than we could have ever hoped for and I cannot praise Bio Aquatica's professionalism and thoughtfulness in every step. We're already looking forward to buying again in the future!

Beautiful fish

This is my go to fish supplier when I'm wanting specific Cichlids. I will/ and have waited a couple extra days for certain orders, but their customer service really put my mind at ease. If I order multiple varieties and one of them is delayed I will always tell them to just hold the entire order and ship all of them in the same box instead of getting multiple boxes, which they offer to do. I Support Small Business and Have Great Respect for Orlando. They're clearly a small business with personal, attentive staff and were very responsive to my inquiries. They delivered the fish, which arrived healthy and alive, which has always been My experience in the 3 orders I've received from them so far. I will be ordering from them as long as they keep up the good work. While it's not their fault, I will say that my order arrived behind schedule. I'm guessing these people work all day and night to keep up with orders, and sometimes they fall behind, especially when they're not robots answering emails. There's no blame here; just saying that you do have to be patient. They're still worth it though. Keep an eye on their site if you are like me and appreciate unusual varieties of Cichlids, because when the rare varieties come in. . . . they go fast. . . because of people like me. lol

Awesome store to purchase pond and aquarium fish. Owners are terrific people and went out of their way to prepare the fish and assist in picking them out. I went to the store and made the purchase of my fish due to I live a short distance away. Will go again for more, brought back 16 and all are doing fine.

Their service is impressive; they promptly respond to emails and provide updates on when orders will be shipped. I received my fish alive and in excellent condition, and they are truly beautiful. Good quality fish.

Fish were packed with great care and attention to detail. Shipping was delayed 2 days by fedex (through no fault of bioaquatica) and the fish all arrived healthy this morning. I was pleasantly surprised to find fish larger than expected , aswell as both buenos aeries tetras and bushynose plecos having an extra fish per bag ! I am beyond impressed with bioacuatica and will continue to use their service moving forward.

Found this website, the facility was only an hour away from my home. We called Mr. Orlando and made an appointment to drive up to see the fish and purchase them to bring back. Mr. Orlando and his assistant were absolutely fantastic. We sorted through the fish and I picked out about 16 cichlids. They were double bagged with with chemicals to keep them comfortable for the ride back home. They took tremendous care with the fish and packing system. I arrived home, fish were great and released into my outdoor pond. It's been two days and the fish are great. Let me tell you, you will not get any better service than what Mr. Orlando and his assistant gave me during the purchase, they were absolutely fantastic people to do business with. Will definitely go back for more fish in the near future as he is adding hundreds of more tanks with fish. Mr. Orlando, I give you a 10 not 5 stars, thank you sir. John
