Quick service and delivered on time

Good quality product, my Goat Bifold is excellent. Thanks Matt for good communication.

Perfect glasses case for my husband. Quickly delivered

My tortilla pouch turned out perfectly. The quality of the leather is immediately noticeable—it’s incredibly soft and clearly handcrafted with great attention to detail. The service was outstanding from start to finish: convenient, professional, and genuinely supportive throughout the entire process. Overall, a truly exclusive experience that I would highly recommend.

I love the tote. Beautiful in every detail.

Customer service was excellent - they changed delivery to Royal Mail for me, at no charge, so I could divert it to the local Post Office. The bag itself is superb. It's very well designed to easily take a laptop and/or 13" iPad. The pockets inside are a decent size with a small zipped one as well. The zip closure and fold down flap makes it so easy to get stuff in and out and be secure, the outside pocket is perfect for Oyster card etc as it's deep enough to be safe. The goat leather feels very smooth and soft - it's the perfect everyday bag.

The Billy Tannery Holdall is a great quality product.
