I love the tote. Beautiful in every detail.

Customer service was excellent - they changed delivery to Royal Mail for me, at no charge, so I could divert it to the local Post Office. The bag itself is superb. It's very well designed to easily take a laptop and/or 13" iPad. The pockets inside are a decent size with a small zipped one as well. The zip closure and fold down flap makes it so easy to get stuff in and out and be secure, the outside pocket is perfect for Oyster card etc as it's deep enough to be safe. The goat leather feels very smooth and soft - it's the perfect everyday bag.
