Great service but was not aware that I needed to return in 7 days for a refund. That seems unusual so would have been helpful to have this policy highlighted on checkout (especially as a first-time customer). Luckily, I found the product quality really good and had some things on my Wishlist so I could redeploy my returns! Shipping was fast and I was notified as my goods moved through the distribution chain> overall very positive experience.
