Overall perfect

Easy and fast shipment. 3 days was in my place.

Bought a whole lot of men’s and women’s clothing; everything fitted well. Just one item was too small, but the return process was very easy and quick. Within the week I had already received the refund for the returned item. Excellent! Reliable for the quality, sizing and fun style!

Great service arrived on time

Service was deplorable. Request for help is with an AI Bot - which then took 7 days to hear back from a human who was non helpful and showed no remorse, compassion or empathy at all. Probably the worse customer experience I’ve had with a company in years. Absolutely zero customer care relation at all. Will not be buying Billabong again.
