Received post notification that item had arrived at PO Box. Arrived at post office to collect and was advised that supplier had sent fax to post office to return item to sender. The next day my account was credited for the sale amount. Emailed Bike Chain but NO response. No emails or notifications as to why this happened. Pathetic customer service and will Never use you again and will tell all my friends the same! Absolutely pathetic!
