I am 89 and I struggled with my previous mobile phone. The Big Button phone is much more user friendly. I particularly like the fact that the instructions are in large print. (My previous phone had the instructions in microscopic print). The instructions are reasonably easy to follow. Overall I am very happy with my BigButton phone.

Much Appreciated! The XL Clock is now proudly sitting in my elderly parents' bedroom overseas and they love it! My Mom said she can see the big clear screen from the other side of the room; and my Dad can now keep track of the time, date, day (no need to ask Mom anymore). Such a wonderful orientation tool! Easy to set up too.
