This phone is a good option for elderly folk who just want the very basics without the complications. We've programmed my father-in-laws phone with speed dial, so that he has even less to do :) The buttons are nice and big and easy to use. The only slight problem is the arrow buttons, up and down are smaller than the numbers, why, I don't know. The BEST thing about this phone is the SOS button, which when pushed for 5 secs, will notify up to five chosen contacts immediately, with a pre -programmed message. Trust me, it works! My advice is to get the phone shipped to you and set it up for your loved one. Then have some lessons with them so that they are confident going forward. My father-in-laws very happy with his one.

Great correspondence from the team when they had sold out of the blue one I ordered - offered a similar phone in place and gave us a refund - arrived in a week from ordering- wasn’t a problem to email them for more info - always helpful and quick replies
