You sent me an Elongated version when I ordered a D Shape version so it does not fit my WC. I have waited for a week for you to respond to my request for a refund and for you to send your courier to pick up the Bidet which I have securely repacked. The parcel arrives damaged but the goods appeared undamaged and I have taped it up securely. Your lack of response after a week is very disappointing.

Went from a $1200 biobidet to this Hycare Apollo and found it to be more comfortable, works exactly the same with all the same functions. Had to go to bunnings to buy some bolts and nuts given the seat didn't come with grommets that fit my bowl AT ALL, but nevertheless i am quite happy with the product.

I haven’t had it fitted yet but am looking forward to it
