Package was padded poorly. The box arrived pretty roughed up.

My order processed before my cart was ready (payment automatically entered and processed without me doing anything), so I didn't get to use my promo code or earn free shipping. When I reached out for assistance from customer service I didn't even get a response. Very disappointed.
