Super light yet sturdy. Very classy looking.

I have flown with it on one trip so far. Both flights were on small commuter planes, which have limited overhead space, so all roller cases were gate checked. The case looked great after the trip, with no signs of wear. When packing, I was able to fill up the compartment with it expanded, zip it closed, and then rezip the expansion, compressing the contents. I didn’t use the laptop compartment, or other pockets accessible from the outside, since I knew that I was going to be gate checking the case. So far I am very happy with this purchase!

Rec'd order immediately. Purchased after strong recommendation from friend/neighbor for upcoming trip to Europe so have not used yet. Looks perfect for my needs. Only disappointment is that I wanted color other than black and this was only available in black. Other than that, perfect.

Good piece of luggage. Pros: I like that it’s hard, but still has access to pockets inside and has a pocket on the outside too. Cons: It’s small enough to fit as carry-on on domestic planes, but expands to bigger for bigger planes. The con is that the expansion area is not stiff enough to stay expanded until you’ve got stuff in it to hold it up/open.

Customer Service was so wonderful to me after me making mistake after mistake on placing my order. In my defense, I should have waited until I was better rested before placing my first two (2) orders and subsequently cancelling them!. I placed a third order and had to cancel that one as well because I mistakenly added the incorrect item to my card. Adam was very patient and understood the mistake as I explained. it. So, I have now placed my 4th order, cancelling 3, all in about 36 or so hours. Note that my first two (2) orders was only for the Runway Value Bundle. After looking further at their website and thinking about upcoming travel, I ordered additional items. My final order is the Runway Value Bundle, Carry Cube Value Bundle, and Zipsak Boost! Underseater. I will leave another review once I get my luggage.

Perfect, exactly what I have been looking for! I especially like the pocket which fits a full size laptop. . . . and it was on sale!

It fit under the seat just as advertised. Although there wasn’t much room for my legs, it was a pleasure not to have to worry about available space overhead.

I ordered the backpack for a future trip. It came fast. And it’s what I needed.

I bought the zip cube for a 10 day sailboat trip. Closets in sailboats are about 15 inches wide. I was able to pack 3 bathing suits, cover ups microfiber towels, sandals walking shoes shorts shirts leggings, grass skirt and lei for theme night - everything fit! And being able to hang kept me organized in tight space. Tip use with compression bags to fit more!! Love this bag!

Best carryon ever!

This is a very roomy purse. Lots of places for all you need to carry. It cleans up beautifully! I had a pen explode inside and was able to get all the ink out of the inside with nothing showing! My only issue is the strap keeps moving and getting longer than I want. It doesn’t stay where put.

My favorite luggage! They are easy to pack. The design makes them easier to see when luggage comes down the ramp at an airport.

Great product. Arrived in a reasonable length of time. No reason to contact customer servive.

I like the bag, but the handles are not my favorite. I put cording in the middle of each strap and sewed together to make it more comfortable to carry.
