I didn't realise that the piano had to be assembled. As I live on my own o had to rely on my neighbour to assemble it. The delivery time was amazing. I am going to spend lots of lovely hours becoming reacquainted with the piano.

I have purchased numerous guitars (Taylor Builders Edition 914ce Acoustic and most recently a Black Ibanez AR520H Black Electric), speakers and other instruments from Better Music and each time the guitars come setup (pre-inspected and fully setup for max playability) and the team there is amazing. I recently purchased an Electric Ibanez from Frank with the online sales team and he went above and beyond to get this guitar to me setup with a great low action, in a suitable case (as hollow bodies don't fit all cases easily) and sent to me in time for an urgent gig I had to play a theme of "Black" to all within a few days. The communication from all the team there is incredible, they keep you up to day and in the loop daily and I recommend them highly, they price match and just go that "EXTRA Step" to make you have confidence in them. This is why I'm a lifelong customer to Better Music and only trust my big-ticket purchases as well as all my other equipment from them. Thanks again for all your help each and every time!
