Jol and Nathan at Better Music are exceptional in their responsiveness. In short, I ordered the wrong product (due to AI Chat hallucinations!) and they helped me cancel the order and delivery and instead order a much more appropriate product (i. e. the Fender Tone Master Pro). Their communication was exceptional. I highly recommend Better Music!
