I am not a vegetable eater. Never have been, and probably never will be. Therefore, I know I am not getting the nutrients that I should be from eating healthy vegetables. I have attempted green drinks in the past but could not get past the look or the taste. That is definitely not the case with this product. These taste good! I mix them together all the time. I also mix them with other products that I have so I am always getting my greens in for the day. Definitely worth a try. I would recommend this product to anyone.
