Ordered Better Bladder 8/6/26. Have not received product yet.

Great customer service. Professional and caring. Easy to navigate on the website and place your order.

Terrible customer service, you are trapped in thieir auto ship plan. I had to cancel my credit card on file with BB to stop the charges. Don't get trapped in their scam.

Better Bladder has greatly reduced the urgency of my bathroom trips.

Stop lying to people. A little honesty goes a long way. I was charged more that what you quoted me. Fire the girl on phone. She tried to tell me I was getting a $59. 98 product. She didn’t ask if I wanted up grade. Padding bill and lying sucks. And makes people mad. What are you really charging me ?????

Sorry, your product did nothing for me. I returned the 2 bottles I just received.
