These boots fit well and look great. They fit exactly as expected and are very comfortable. I like the boot style and fit and appreciate that there is no decorative stitching on the toe or shaft. They fit right into business or casual occasions and are comfortable to wear all day. I ordered from Best in Shoes based on a price considerably below other sites. Then I received an email shortly after ordering telling me that as I had found with other sites, the boots in black were out of stock. James, in service, offered a different color or my money back. When I chose to continue the order, he told me the company would ship direct from the factory and I would receive them by July 8th. They arrived on June 26th. The exceptional customer care has made me a long term customer.

Well made, fairly comfortable motorcycle boots. I've tried a few different harness boots and these fit my size 8.5 EEE feet better than any of the others I've tried. I call them fairly comfortable because of what they are, which is riding boots, not walking shoes. The thick leather which protects your feet makes them a bit stiff for just walking around, though they are not uncomfortable by any means. I sure over time they'll break in and get even better... The heels are fairly tall, which is nice when stopped since my bike has a somewhat high seating position, so with these boots both feet are planted firmly on the ground. A quick note on BestInShoes.com. I originally ordered the boots in 9EEE, and realized they were just a tad too large, but it was January and I wasn't riding at the time. I put them aside and forgot about them until April when it was riding time. I anticipated a hassle because they have no valid customer service phone number, and with email customer service is often useless. So I sent them an email and got back a very fast response, with a follow up including a return shipping label attached. The new ones arrived very quickly. I would order from these guys again, they took care of bidness and the pricing was the best I found on the boots. So all in all a good experience...

I was looking for a knock around boot, something I could wear out in the dirt/mud, not worry about how it looked and be able to stand up on a slick surface. I had heard about Boulet and want to give them a try. I am glad I did, these ropers are comfortable, well made, and seem to be pretty touch. They are also a good looking boot and would be suitable for more than what I wanted. Best in Shoes price was $50 less than the competition. Whats not to like?

These boots have a rich genuine leather feel and look, a nice front soft toe point and perfect personal heel height. The style I just love, in my view, they have a slight feminist appeal or maybe what I mean, it has style where most women benefit in wardrobe/footwear fashion. Still though, a masculine appeal and hombre character! Size comparison, I usually wear Skecher running footwear in sizes of US 10.5, rarely US 11. From what I understand, one is recommended to go one size down in boots from your regular footwear usage. So since most footwear brands in my experience have fallen comfortably in US 10.5, although some in in US 11. I purchase the 10.5 E and the fit is just a little above from a firm fit, which has turn out perfect for me. I do like a little room to wiggle my toes, but this is not to be mistaken where your foot is swimming inside. However, other than without doubt, these boots are quality…but since I’ve not wear them that often while writing this review, I cannot currently honestly provide wear and tear duration usage. Other than that, they do appear a pair to last.

I bought the same make and model of boots 5 years ago (in green) and they lasted very well. Replaced heel twice but other than that they have been solid. I still use the previous pair but figured it was about time to get new ones. I love this new pair as well, the fit is identical to the pair I had before and I really like the color. Great boots!

The shoes are lovely, although they're a half to a full size smaller than most shoes I've bought. I'm leaving this review mostly to record how wonderful the customer support was that I received. I was quickly contacted about product availability and the email communication was prompt, courteous, and helpful. In the future, I'll make a point of visiting this site first.

These zip-up 9" boots and better made and are of a higher quality than any you'll find in this category. However, they tend to run a full size large. So, if you wear an 11 you're want to order a 10. A very comfortable western boot that will draw lots of attention. I've had people asking me about them while in the grocery store line.

These were boots not dress shoes as advertised. Although they were a fine pair of boots, they were not at all what I was looking for and so I have returned them for my money back.

The construction is high quality all around, and the soles can easily be replaced when needed. Bestinshoes.com shipped the package quickly and sent status updates as expected.
