My expectations have truly been blown away!!! The ring I ordered is immaculate and I had to have resizing done and they have made it the easiest and FASTEST process. Obsessed with my ring. Overall great experience. My Diamond ended up being an upgrade for what was originally expected. My only down side is I felt like customer service was a little vague when I contacted about my specific questions.

I’ve dealt with several online companies… a few very negative experiences. Paul at Best Brilliance has politely accepted my returns without issue. I wound up settling on a larger stone with a custom wider band. His Care for his Customers is evident!

From the very beginning, Paul answered all my questions, the ring was ordered prior to me and my fiancés engagement trip to Rome. Once we retuned home, we sent the ring back for an adjustment. Paul assisted with everything and sent the ring back to us within 2 weeks! Thank you for everything!
