Item is terrific just what I wanted - my only complaint is that the writing I had embroidered is slightly too big - it wasn’t easy to choose the size on the website, maybe ask customers what size they want in millimetres rather than the pt method.

Only issue was dhl delivery. Shocking. If you have an issue ( like them not delivering when they tell you) ,you cannot get in touch with anyone. I would suggest you use a different courier!
