Bespoke post is a great site with fantastic and unique items. I've shopped here a few times and am always happy with what i get

Exchange process needs to change. I purchased item for my son but you wouldn’t let him do the exchange for another size. It had to come through me, but he lives in another city. It makes it complicated

Love the selections. But very month I’ve had confusion regarding shipment. Very time I check my account the estimated shipping date is advanced just out of reach. When I contact the customer service the problem seems to resolve and I get a shipping date. Giving the benefit of the doubt I will say it may be that the website isn’t iPhone friendly. Or?

Great selection. While one package did not contain all the items, it was quickly rectified and the item was received the next day in time for Christmas. Very impressive

Great box with cool stuff in it, I always find something that I like each month. Love the updates on delivery and shipping. And the quality of the products that come. All the descriptions live up to the hype when the product gets here.
