Dean was extremely knowledgeable about housing and investment potential. Dean made my first investment property purchase really easy by filtering out most of the B and C grade properties so that I only had A grade properties to pick from. He listened to my requirements and helped me buy in a hot market (perth 2023). We discussed where I wanted to buy and had a lot on insight in terms of additional value adds such as infrastructure town planning and data drivers to better focus the suburbs and price points. I learned a lot observing and I wasn't confident enough to buy alone so Dean was perfect and I would highly recommend you book in an initial conversation to see how he can help you today. The more you buy the better your going to be at it so he is most certainly a top buyers agent with an outstanding value proposition.
