i made this purchase to replace my first turtle fur face mask. Mt. Hood was warmer than expected when I lost my mask. i stuffed it in my Burton jacket but failed to zip up the pocket. Thank You Berg's for sending me a new one. I use it for biking, under my helmet too!

I've never been to Berg's shop in Eugene; I can only speak for Berg's online presence. As an online ski shop, Berg's has it together. Last year I bought a pair of Fischer Sbound 112 XC skis with Rottefella NNN-BC Magnum bindings over the Internet from Berg's. This year I bought Sbound 98 skis with Magnums from Berg's online. Berg's properly mounted both pairs of skis without charge, and I've been skiing them without trouble in the bumpy backcountry. Berg's shipped both pairs of skis via USPS Priority Mail without charge, and they arrived well packed and undamaged.

Friendly, polite, and accommodating sales staff, excellent product purchased on sale at a better price than anywhere else, was carefully packaged, mailed and quickly received.

I ordered a little thing - "handcuffs" for ski gloves. It got here practically overnight. If this is how you handle a tiny order, I would absolutely trust you to fullfill a big order. Great work.

I had some spray many years ago and it was fantastic. One spray and my foot would just slide in like it was a slipper. This spray works, but I still have to struggle a bit. Still better than nothing.
