the products cufflinks are really nice, fine and similar to the visual description on the website, seem to be of good quality I don't wear them yet. On the other hand I was unpleasantly surprised shipping costs and additional customs fees UK to France, which I was not informed of when I placed the order. Perhaps there was a minimum order amount to be exempt from these charges ???? , but I would have liked to have known about it, I don't think I will place another order.

Product was delivered quickly unfortunately it had some quality issues. I contacted customer services, received an apology and replacement was sent out and arrived in double quick time. Customer services updated me by email, can’t ask for better than that. As a result I would most definitely recommend.

The only minor problem was the unclear status of taxes to EU. By payment via paypal the exclusion/inclusion of taxes/customs was not visible. . .
