I received the best customer service from Bella n Bear! One of the girls called me the next day after I placed my order to advise one of her colleagues lives very close to my address and they were willing to drop off my parcel instead of wait for Australia Post. This was such a lovely gesture and it took my customer experience journey from good to excellent. And to top it off I love my new shoes! Thanks ladies! X
