After confirmation of payment, Shipping arrangement was done within the expected time. The CAP ensures smooth and timely communication to the customer which makes follow ups easy. That is why I and many like purchasing from BEFORWARD.

I had a very good experience buying from BE FORWARD. The customer service was helpful, and the shipping process went smoothly. The Isuzu Elf Truck arrived in great condition, and it drives very well. I am happy with my purchase and would recommend BE FORWARD to others!

Took a bit of time to ship but they kept me updated all the way. Documentation was smoothly handled. Would use your services again and recommend to others

The Japan purchasing experience was professional and efficient. I could have given 5 rating but the Durban updates are not so assuring as you have to continue pestering when the vehicle will be loaded to Plumtree The vehicle itself deserves a 5-star as it has both speed, strength and cleanliness Thank you BF as it indeed a great pleasure to get the vehicle in a better condition than what you expected
