Befit is an excellent program. I've been on Befit for 3 weeks and have lost 4.1 kgs. Food options are great, it's delicious and convenient which works well for a busy Mum with small kids who works full-time. The snacks play a critical role too. My favourite are the capow balls, caramelised Parmesan and egg bites and lemon protein balls. I needed to lose weight for health reasons (high BP) and this is working a treat. Thank you

I've been using Be Fit Food for around 6 weeks and I love it. Due to my long work hours, I don't have time to plan meals, so to be able to do keto and not have to worry about planning is fantastic. There's plenty of variety in the food and most of the meals are delicious. The only meals I haven't liked are the breakfast egg meals, but I've easily worked around that. I'm losing weight and have so much more energy than I did. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this service to anyone.

Really like the Food

I am loving the food. So delicious, nutritious and exactly what I was looking for. Couldn't have asked for more. Looking forward to my next delivery.

I was excited to try your food. The snacks are really great and the soups yummy. The breakfast & cereals unfortunately were way too sweet for me. The dinners, although nice, did not really have much meat and I wondered if the protein was added some other way, powder or something. Unfortunately too I felt that they, the dinners, were predominantly casserole/ sauce based meals, I did add salad or veggies, and sorry to say the fish was like rubber, inedible. I'd also like to add that EVERY DINNER, and most of the soups, the plastic film cover was always unsealed in parts, making me suspicious re the food safety. I'm sorry to be so negative but wanted to give constructive criticism.
