A very smooth honey. I was worried it might be too strong, but not so. Highland Wildflower honey is a wonderful wildflower tasting honey and has a beautiful amber yellowish color. Best Wildflower honey I have used.

The honey is very smooth. Passes the fingernail test. ;It has a very nice orange blossom taste with no real after taste other than a pleasant sweet honey. By far, a great value for the $$$. Color is a light amber to clear. Container is sealed well and no issue with the delivery, which took only 2 days.
