Enjoy the beer and customer service it tops

A utilitarian site. It makes ordering a great birthday gift very easy.

This was the first time I had visited the site and it was very user friendly. I found what I wanted very quickly. I was purchasing a gift so it went very quickly.

I had only one issue with the website...that was choosing what I wanted!! Looking forward to the taste test!

The process was fair easier than some of the other monthly gift clubs.

This year I did the Rare beer collection for my Dad’s birthday. He absolutely loves it!

I give them a 4 just because it didn’t arrive on time, however, I rate it a 5 for customer service. I believe Veronica was her name. I typed in the fact that the Oder had not arrived as expected and within a hour, it arrived to my husband e-mail. Please give her my thanks!

The only complaint (minor) I have about the order is that I was not sent an email when it shipped. That would have prepared me for tracking the delivery and making sure I was at home to sign. The delivery driver was walking back to his truck when I pulled in the driveway. Otherwise the website was easy to understand

There should be a "re-order" button on prior purchases. Should allow for multiple gift orders to different addresses. The beers are superb!

The website was very easy to use and I did need to use the chat feature with customer service and it was great. No chatbot. A real person with her photo provided and she was very helpful

I got this as a gift for my brother in law. He has received it yet so no additional information is available.

It’s a great site. Would have liked to be able to order by types of beer rather than where they were from. We like dark less bitter beers, and would prefer to receive more in that category than the bitter ales.
