Did not respond to my emails or phone calls.

I used to buy bee propolis from GNC, and recently I decided to take advantage of a big sale. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a mistake. They shipped eight glass bottles in nothing but a paper envelope. When I opened the package, there was broken glass and crushed tablets everywhere. I emailed customer service right away—no response, even after ten days. I tried calling the number listed on their website, but the call wouldn’t go through. This was my first shopping experience with GNC, and it will definitely be my last. Completely disappointed and won’t be purchasing from them again.

No issues

I love your products, but this is the first time I ordered for myself. I paid for shipping and received it almost a month after I ordered it. I also received the package damaged. I have attached photos. Amazing product, but shipping is horrendous.

Great prices - so reasonable for what you get, and everything makes my skin look and feel the best it ever has!

Company is great however need to find a better dropper manufacturer. I will not repurchase due to how difficult it is to get the product out of the bottle.
