Excellent customer service. I ordered the strawberry blonde initially and they turned out way more auburn than anticipated, so I had to send them back in exchange for the ash blonde which ended up matching perfectly. I would classify myself as a strawberry blonde, but the ash blonde ended up being a better match for my hair. The customer service was super helpful and FAST!!!
