Very fast delivery, a lot available products

I gave an incorrect address when ordering and the parcel was returned to Bebemoda. The customer service team were fast to respond to my email and re-sent my order to my correct address at no extra charge, even though it was entirely my fault. The products themselves are fantastic quality. I would highly recommend Bebemoda to anybody

I had purchased a used Leander crib that was missing parts, but Bebemoda had the parts available and were able to ship to the USA! They also quickly responded to a chat inquiry about my order and easily made changes to my order for me so that an out of stock item could be replaced. Great customer service!

I rarely leave customer reviews, but this company's customer service is truly outstanding! We ordered a Lender crib from Bebemoda. First, they have the most reasonable price, including international shipping fees, after getting quotes from different companies. Second, great customer service after receiving a damaged package. The package was damaged during the international transfer. We contact the support at Bebemoda, and they are able to help us receive the refund from the carrier. I would recommend it to friends who want to purchase baby gear from this company.
