The product itself was amazing and to a very high quality. However the delivery was shocking. Evri said that they had tried to deliver the parcel however that was not true as I stayed at home on the delivery day as I did not want to miss it. I would have preferred to have no update than a false one which was extremely disappointing. The delivery definitely damped my experience, however the brush set when it eventually arrived was really pretty and the recipients loved them.
