I've contacted customer support twice about this, I never received my order. The USPS tracking number said I did, I contacted company right away, and never have heard back.

When I needed to reorder, the cocoa was out of stock. I asked to be notified when stock was available. Beanilla sent me an email that it was available again. Something didn't work right with the link that was sent to me and I couldn't place my order. Customer service was so helpful with assisting me with my order and I finally got my chocolate. Thank you!

horrible idiots

I placed my order on 12/31. Since the website didn't mention any holiday shipping delays, I added the address where I was staying. The order shipped on 1/7 and expected delivery was 2 days after I was to leave for home. My card was refunded and I assume my order was either sent back or accepted by someone else. I'll place another order.
