Have ordered only a couple times but never disappointed. Good on-line information for future vanilla beans.

I have been buying vanilla beans from Beanilla for a couple of years now. The beans are always fresh, vacuum sealed, and of good quality. The one time I had a problem with the company, they were very quick to respond, and resolve the problem. I will continue to buy my beans with them, as they stand behind their products and service.

If you will add PayPal to your options to pay it will increase your business...my attorney , and many others, advise not to put our credit card on the internet even on safe sites...PayPal is much safer online...thank you Carolyn

I asked a question of Support via email and never got an answer. Again, if your packaging doesn't have the product information on it, how can I confirm that what I received is what I ordered?

Their customer service is off the charts. They respond quickly and provide as much information as possible. I love Beanilla!

Lovely, fresh beans at a fair price that gets better with qty ordered. I’m disappointed to see so much plastic packaging. The bubble mailer outside and the rigid shrink plastic inside. I might look for a different retailer who doesn’t use so much plastic.

Reached out and was told order would be shipping soon, delayed due to year end inventory. I've still not heard that it's shipped so can really review the product at this time

I am only doing this because it has been 9 days, my card was charged, and I STILL haven’t been notified of shipment, even after being assured it was happening soon. I am still looking forward to my shipment.

I gave a 4 star instead of 5 because I ordered 2 homemade vanilla extract infusion kits for Christmas gifts and initially only received one although was charged for 2. I contacted customer support and they were apologetic and nice and immediately sent the other one out to me. I think these make great gifts and may order one for myself .

I couldn't buy the vanilla beans yet. Just retired. Bought Madagascar bean from ya-all several years ago. Sent my oldest the last 2 bottles for Christmas

I am very happy with the Organic Madagascar Vanilla Beans! They are much more economical when purchased in large quantities. This allows me to make large batches of healthy vanilla with organic vodka and even bottle some up to give as gifts!
