Placed an order for two swimsuits and got a message that order was placed. A day later I’m getting emails that something left in cart. Somehow order gone with no explanation. Was only able to reorder one of the items

I received someone else's bathing suit. I called customer service to tell them what happened. They sent me a UPS sticker to return this item back to them. I had to go to a UPS store to return the item and they would not send me the suit I ordered until they received the bathing suit they they sent to the wrong person......Not happy with the way this was handled. I now have to wait until the suit I sent back is in inventory and then I can order my bathing suit again ??????

I received a suit as part of a bogo but when they came a clasp was broken. When I reached out to customer service Heidi answered my call. My understanding is that it was her first day! She had to reach out to someone to verify some things but called me back and processed my exchange with no issues. Customer service is pretty much dead but not at Beachhouse Heidi was pleasant, proactive and got the job done! Keep her! Thank you Heidi!!

It's my second time ordering from beach2ocean. both times it's been really easy to navigate the site, the size fit chart is very accurate and help me pick out the correct size this second time. The first time I picked a bathing suit that ended up being a little too big but it still just fits, because of that I decided to actually use the measurements this time and I'm hopeful that the swim skirts and shorts I am buying for work will fit comfortably. I'm really glad I was referred to your site as you have very good products.

I purchased 2 Michael Kors swimsuits on the Beach2Ocean site - my first purchase experience with this merchant. The processing and delivery of the merchandise was incredibly efficient. Both swimsuits were as pretty in person as they were online. The only thing missing now is a vacation to break in these swimsuits!
