I do not know why I can never catch Leah on live, I would like to order 4” ribbon but I don’t know how to use it, I asked April, she said Leah works with it. She or April are never on anymore, I need to ask questions as they show it. Why can’t this be fixed? I’m NOT the only one that wants to know. Please please allow Leah to help us live, thank you
