Ordered a custom built controller and accidentally ordered the wrong placements of the buttons on the rear of the controller. Immediately I reached out to Customer Support - despite not normally doing so, BB adjusted my order before production and had my order changed. When ordering the controller, there were delays in production due to limited parts. I was really impressed by their "Production Updates. " They updated the page daily, giving visibility to customers as to what controllers they were working on based on the date of your order. This was my second custom built controller from BB - can't say enough positive things!

buttons are on the back are a bit of getting use to. Other than that it seems to be build well and solid. It's a better deal the a dualsense edge cause I got two different buttons on the back and it's better looking cause I got different colors too lol.

Customer service is top notch, shipping is just a little low but understandable with being a small company.
